No Refund Policy

• Fees paid for physiotherapy sessions are generally non-refundable.
• Once a session is completed, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

• Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.

 Package Services

• If you have purchased a treatment package, unused sessions may be adjusted or rescheduled as per clinic policy.
• Refunds for packages are not applicable.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds (if any) will be considered only in genuine and exceptional circumstances at the discretion of management.
